  1. JoAnna, it gives me hope for the future that we have young heroes like Anthony who risked his life to save a stranger from electrocution on the third rail of a train. ❤

  2. The Supreme Court story was my favorite. What a great step for this country! Thanks!

  3. That’s quite a story about twenty-year-old Anthony Perry. How sad that we live in an age where people stand by and film our distress without helping a hand.

    • It is sad and bizarre that so many other people were just standing by I hope some of them will learn something if they saw this on the news.

  4. Great news, as usual, from your blog. I too loved Anthony’s story.

  5. Anthony’s action and reward take the biscuit. You may know that Victorian Prime Minister Gladstone planted a sequoia in the garden of our flat in Minstead.

    • I did not know (or forgot) about the sequoia being planted in your Minstead garden. How wonderful! I’m glad their chances for survival are greater because people across the sea care. Yes, Anthony takes the biscuit!

  6. Thanks, JoAnna. I really needed good news. (Although it’s sad that they didn’t swear-in Ms. Brown Jackson in time.) I enjoyed reading these stories. Hugs on the wing!

    • I’m glad the good news helps. We desperately need to know about these kinds of stories. I hope/believe Ms. Brown Jackson can still do some good. Hugs on the wing!

  7. The video for the train rescue was pretty cool.

  8. Hi JoAnna! Hope you are doing super and that life is showing you much beauty! It’s been a while, but you have been on my mind lately. Hope you are busy creating beautiful art 😉

    • So nice to see your message, Lorrie! I am doing well overall and need to get back to making art. Thanks for the nudge on that and for stopping by! 🙂 I hope you are doing well. ❤

      • Glad to hear it, JoAnna. And yes, I am happy that my message is timely and reminded you about your passion. Sometimes life gets in the way, and it is easy to put some things on the back burner. I know you are like me in that you have to create. So can’t wait to see what you do next!
All good here…a few life challenges…but that is life and I am meeting them head on. Sweet Blessings for a super week ahead! ❤
