One-Liner Wednesday: Can I Bring a Friend?

If the world ends

And we follow Jesus to the New Earth,

Can Gaia come too?

Please help us save her

Cause I really got a thing for Mother Earth.

She means the world to me.

Earth, The Blue Marble

PS:

My sci-fi escapes

to strange new worlds

are just pretend.

Planet B

Is far, far away.

Earth is home.

  1. Earth is home and we have no plan B. So when she goes, we go and where we go, we take her with us. Yup. Enjoyed this. Thanks. Xoxo

  2. There is no plan B. I hope enough people realize that before we destroy Plan A.

  3. Such a wise question – and that PS is so very relevant

  4. A fantastic poem, JoAnna! So rightly spoken and very beautiful! ❤

  5. So well put. I wish more people understood the earth isn’t disposable.

  6. That’s something to think about!

  7. Thank you for sharing!!.. folks have a tendency not to think about issues unless it bothers them directly, “out of sight, out of mind”.. and then there are others who think only of themselves and not caring about the impact they may have on another or this planet… hopefully with today’s technology we can work together for the good of Mother Earth and all creatures great and small.. “Nobody can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start today and make a new ending.” ( Maria Robinson )… 🙂

    Until we meet again..
May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
    wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
    with joy that long endures.
    May all life’s passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!
    (Irish Saying)
