❤ I lost, basically, ages 19 to 24 to severe anorexia and full-time therapy. Pushed through depression to get my college degree. The last almost-2-years haven't helped. All that is to say, I appreciate what you shared, even if I'm not sure how to go about doing that. ❤

Thank you for sharing this, Jenna. ❤ I'm not sure how to create a beautiful life either. But it seems that if we keep learning and doing the next right thing at a healthy pace, things eventually fall into place. You've come a long way and I imagine you have a lot of strength from your experience even though it must be tiring at times. Keep on taking good care of you and believe the best is yet to come. ❤

Loved reading this. Just what I wanted to hear. I lost almost six years, trying to live by someone else’s rules. Getting back on my feet now. Thanks to family and friends!

I’m very glad those words were right on time for you and that you have family and friends who support you. After years of being lost, getting back on our feet means a lot. We’ve learned what we don’t want and find better rules to live by. Peace and blessings to you, Shreya.
