One-Liner Wednesday: Hopeful

“Me, I want to choose to live my life from a hopeful space, even if it isn’t always easy.”    _Maria Shriver

And it isn’t always easy. Sometimes I have to work hard to pull my mind off the worry wagon with with it’s warnings to be prepared for the worst and onto the path of peace to hope for the best. Because what we focus on gets bigger.

Today, I’m hoping for steady, gentle rain over California, strength and comfort for all who live there, and healing.

  1. Hope is such a powerful emotion! I love Maria’s quote.

  2. I also prefer to live from a “hopeful space.” Thanks for remembering us here in California.

  3. So very true — sometimes staying in the hopeful space takes an extraordinary act of will. Here’s hoping your rain finds its way to California.

  4. I needed this more than you know #hillfire
