I feel the same way about my partner., I needed to find some love for myself… and I found some, and then – I need to keep finding more (and this translates – like Adam’s poem: into loving others). Being enough! 🙂

There is a healthy balance. Sometimes I lean one way or the other as needed, but that’s okay. I know the balance is there. And yes, thanks for pointing to how loving ourselves, knowing we are enough, makes it easier to love others. 🙂
