Fulfilling a promise he made 20 years ago, Dr. Mohammod Jobayer Chisti developed a bubble CPAP device starting with a shampoo bottle. The current device costs $1.25 (£1), compared to $15,000 (£11,000) for ventilators many developing countries cannot afford. A two year study indicated the simpler innovation decreased mortality rates by 75%.

It moved me, too. The story shows the power of promise, perseverance, and thinking outside the box to help others. Thank you, Ka, for understanding.

P.S. Feel free to delete this comment once you have read it. When I clicked on the twitter button to tweet this, it defaulted the following instead of defaulting to your twitter handle. I went and found you and changed @wordpressdotcom to yours but wanted you to know in case that was unintentional.

Sorry, Emily. I’m confused. Is there something I need to fix? When I click twitter it goes to my twitter feed.

Yes, there is something to fix but I use blogger so I am not sure how to do it. When I click the tweet button under the article but prior to the comments, I get a pop-up window to tweet this article. The text in the pop-up window is as follows:
Innovative Bubble CPAP Saves Lives https://joannaoftheforest.wordpress.com/2017/10/17/innovative-bubble-cpap-saves-lives/ via @wordpressdotcom
As you can see, the @ twitter handle is a generic wordpressdotcom name rather than your twitter handle. Hope this helps!
